Once again, Smithsonian Magazine is sponsoring Free Museum Day on Saturday, September 26, 2015 where you and a guest can receive free admission at a participating venues with a ticket. There are over 1,400 museums to choose from but you do need to have a museum live pass to gain free admission on 9/26/15.
There are a few dozen museums participating in Massachusetts alone, including the Museum of Fine Arts and Old South Meeting House, so please click here to find your favorite museum.
You do need to fill out a form ahead of time to receive a free museum day pass. There is a limit to two people per household and the free admission does not include special exhibits, parking, or other fees.
