Come celebrate the first night of Chanukah (Hanukkah) on Saturday, Dec. 8 at Congregation Ahavath Sholom in Fort Worth; they will have a community-wide menorah lighting event beginning at 7:10 p.m. Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price and Rep. Kay Granger will be on hand as guests and ceremonial candle lighters. This event is open to the public (you do not need to be Jewish to attend). However, due to limited space, tickets are required.
