Rock on. Metallica is recording a live show, which will air at drive-in movie theaters at the end of the month. If you’re a Metallica fan in Massachusetts, you’re in luck – Mendon Twin Drive-In in Mendon will be playing the show.

The concert is filmed exclusively for this one-night event and will provide fans with an intimate drive-in concert experience.

The show will begin at 8:30 PM EST at the Mendon Drive-In. Tickets are $115 for each car, which can hold six people. The show will also adhere to the CDC guidelines of social distancing.

In addition to your tickets to the show, each ticket purchase will also include four digital downloads of the new album “S&M2”.

The show will also be playing in New Hampshire at the Northfield Drive-In and Southington Drive-In in Connecticut.

The Mendon Drive-In Theater has been in operation since the early 1950s. The theater sits on sixteen acres of land and features two movie screens.
