Cheap Weekend Events in Boston

There’s a lot of fun and cheap things to do this weekend in Boston! (I’m sorry if you are not ready, but there are already holiday events listed, so just a warning!) Please let me know in the comments if I missed any fun and inexpensive Boston events this weekend!

Fenway Open Studios: November 15-16, 2014 from 11am to 5pm. Stop by Fenway Studios to meet and chat with local artists and more. Free, but please bring a canned good for the Greater Boston Food Bank.

Ski & Snowboard Expo: November 13-16, 2014 at the Seaport World Trade Center. Talk to ski and snowboard vendors, enjoy demos, and much more! Tickets are $15 (includes $10 Liftopia Gift Card and free magazine subscription), but you can request a $3 off coupon.

Free Pilates Class: Saturday, November 15, 2014 from 9am-10pm at Athleta Newbury. Enjoy a free Pilates class, but please bring your own mat.

Novemberfest 2014: Saturday, November 15, 2014 from 2-11pm in Somerville. Head to Aeronaut Brewing Company on Saturday for some non-stop jams and fun!

Veterans Cruise to George’s Island: Saturday, November 15, 2014. Veterans can enjoy a free cruise to George’s Island on Saturday and friends and family pay $5. Reservations strongly recommended.

Trace Adkins Holiday Show: Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 7pm at the Wilbur Theatre in Boston. If you love country music and the holidays, check out Trace Adkins at the Wilbur for a special holiday concert. Complimentary tickets (pay service fee) are available through Goldstar Boston (affiliate link).

Jordan’s Enchanted Village Begins: November 15, 2014 from January 5, 2015. The Enchanted Village is up and running for the season so come relive childhood memories! Free.

Harvard Museum of Natural History: Massachusetts residents are admitted free every Sunday morning from 9am to Noon year-round with proof of residency.

Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology: Massachusetts residents are admitted free every Sunday morning from 9am to Noon year-round with proof of residency

Also, the Harvard Art Museums opens to the public on Sunday, November 16, 2014! The grand opening ceremony is at capacity, but you can still grab tickets for free admission for November 17-18, 2014!

Don’t forget to keep your eye out for the Lavazza Mobile CafĂ© because they are handing out free cups of Italian Coffee through Monday!
