The Boston Public Library now has something new to borrow from the library! You can now borrow a mobile hotspot from the BPL.
The hotspots can connect laptops and smartphones to the internet and connect to Boston’s T-Mobile network. The device comes with unlimited data and can be used anywhere in the continental US.
Anyone with a Boston Public Library card can rent a mobile hotspot from the library at any Boston Public Library branch.
Also, anyone who is a Massachusetts resident can receive a Boston Public Library card.
Keep in mind you can borrow the mobile hotspot for 21 days with no renewals. If it’s not returned by then, the device will be turned off.
