Real estate Zumper released a map of the median one bedroom prices in Boston for the fall of 2016 with prices ranging from $1,725 to 3,150.
The most expensive one bedroom rentals in Boston were Downtown Boston and some of the more affordable neighborhoods were East Boston, Mission Hill, Allston, and Somerville with rent under $2,000 in some parts.
With the increase in the Boston rental market, Boston is now the 3rd most expensive rental market this month. Ouch. (Good thing you read this blog, huh?!)
What do you think of this map? How pricey is your neighborhood?
