If you haven’t received a flu shot, please consider getting one. As you may know, Mayor Menino declared a public health emergency due to the flu outbreak in Boston with 700 confirmed cases this year.
You do not have to spend a lot to stay healthy this year from the flu. The City of Boston is offering plenty of Free Flu Clinics this week in Boston, with the majority of free clinics on Saturday, 1/12/13.
