I found Little Miss Runshine’s Free Fitness Calendar and Anali’s First Amendment’s Free Yoga in Boston blog post very helpful in writing my post. Check them out– good stuff.

Also, don’t forget to check the Boston Moves calendar for some additional low-cost and free fitness classes and resources.

Disclaimer: I had a bowl of double chocolate chunk ice cream while writing this blog post. Fitness is not my specialty; please do your due diligence and confirm the class with the event organizer before heading out. And run an extra mile for me. Thanks.
