Fête de la Musique: June 18, 2016 from 4-6:30pm at different locations in the South End. Live musicians are filling up the streets in the South End with music of all kinds for all different ages to celebrate the Summer Solstice!
Fort Point Open Studios: June 17-19, 2016 in Fort Point. Twice a year the artists of Fort Point open up their studios for free to the public.
Family Fun Day: Sunday, June 19, 2016 at Baxter Riverfront Park Amphitheater in Somerville from 11am to 1pm. Head to Assembly Row for their first Family Fun Day with activities for the kids and celebrations for Dad!
Joe’s Jazz and Blues Fest: Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 12-6pm in Somerville. The annual Jazz & Blues Fest will take over Powderhouse Park in Somerville for a day of free live music!
Waltham Riverfest: June 17-18, 2016 in Waltham. Check out the 8th Annual Riverfest with live music, kid activities, and much more! Free.
South End Open Market: Every Sunday though October from 10-4pm at the Ink Block! Enjoy three amazing markets every Sunday at a new location, the Ink Block! Enjoy a farmers market, handcrafted goods, and delicious food trucks at the South End Open Market.
Harvard Art Museums: Massachusetts residents are admitted free every Saturday morning from 10am to Noon year-round with proof of residency
Harvard Museum of Natural History: Massachusetts residents are admitted free every Sunday morning from 9am to Noon year-round with proof of residency
Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology: Massachusetts residents are admitted free every Sunday morning from 9am to Noon year-round with proof of residency
