2013 Berklee BeanTown Jazz Festival: Saturday, September 28, 2013. Enjoy three stages of music, arts, crafts, and much more. Free and open to all ages of the public.

What the Fluff? Fluff Festival: Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 3-7pm in Union Square, Somerville. Join the tribute to the delicious Union Square invention– fluff with cooking contests, music, games, and more! Free.

Play Me, I’m Yours: Street Pianos Boston Festival: September 27, 2013- October 14, 2013 located around public spaces in Boston, Cambridge and Brookline. There will be 75 pianos across Boston to play and enjoy in the upcoming weeks. Keep and eye out and play your heart out! Free.

American Field Pop-Up Market: September 28-29, 2013 from 10am-6pm at 540 Harrison Ave, South End. Check out this cool pop-up market that features and sells all USA Made products! Free admission.

Boston Seafood Festival: Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 11am to 10pm at the Bank of America Pavilion. Enjoy cooking demonstrations, oyster shucking contest, music, children activities, and more at this 2nd annual festival. Tickets are $10, and does not include food (limited free samples).

Single Volunteers Boston: Saturday’s Bread: Saturday, September 28, 2013 from 12:30-4:30pm at 35 Bowdoin Street, Boston. Volunteer to feed the hungry and meet other local single volunteers. Free.

Revolution College Night: Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Gillette Stadium. College students, cheer on the New England Revolution at College Night! Tickets are $15 and include game tickets, pregame tailgate party, free food, and more!

MICE 2013: September 28-29, 2013 at University Hall at Lesley University. MICE stands for Massachusetts Independent Comic Expo and showcases the best of local comics! Panel, workshops, and exhibition are all free and open to the public and Sunday is kids day.

Hyde Park Open Studios: Sunday, September 29, 2013 from 11-5pm at studios across Hyde Park. Meet with local artists at their studios and enjoy beautiful art. Free.

Institute of Contemporary Art Boston: Saturday, September 28, 2013. The ICA Boston is free the last Saturday of every month for families, which is this Saturday!

Smithsonian Magazine Free Museum Day: Saturday, 28, 2013 at participating museums nationwide. Request your free pass to free entry to museums across Massachusetts and the nation! Free, but request your pass.

Free Park Day: Saturday, September 28, 2013 at National Parks across the country. Due to National Public Lands Day on Saturday, admission to National Parks are free. Get outside and enjoy a public park to celebrate!
