If you are a fan of Free Fitness in Boston, here’s another free fitness series that started August 1, 2016 and lasts until October 31, 2016

Seaport Sweat is a new and free fitness series happening on the Seaport Green at 85 Northern Avenue in Boston.

Here’s the full Seaport Sweat Schedule:

Mondays
5:30pm: Boot Camp with Achieve with Athena
6:30pm: Kickboxing with Monique from Burpees to Bubbly

Tuesdays
9:30am: Yoga with Jenna Hill
6:30pm: CDV Boxing Conditioning with Chris DaVeiga from EverybodyFights

Wednesdays
6:45pm: Kick It by Eliza

Fridays
12pm: Yoga with Jenna Hill

Saturdays
10am: Kick It by Eliza
